USCIS Alert: Final Rule on Notices Evidencing Lawful Status Effective 1/27/15

USCIS alert that the final rule, Notices of Decisions and Documents Evidencing Lawful Status, published on 10/29/14, is effective as of 1/27/15. An updated Form G-28 is currently under review by OMB. Until an new G-28 is posted to USCIS’s website, continue to use Form G-28 with edition date 2/28/13.
