USCIS and DOL Extend Comment Period on H-2B Regulation

USCIS announces that it is extending to 3/30/05 the comment period on its proposed H-2B regulation. The Labor Dept. has advised AILA that it also is extending the deadline on its corresponding proposed regulation.
