USCIS Increase to Premium Processing Fees Effective on February 26

USCIS reminder that its inflation-adjusted premium processing fees take effect on 2/26/24. If USCIS received a Form I-907 postmarked on or after 2/26/24, with the incorrect filing fee, it will reject the Form I-907 and return the filing fee.
