USCIS Announces Certain Petitioners for U Nonimmigrant Status May Receive a Refund for Applications

USCIS mistakenly rejected Form I-765 from some petitioners for U nonimmigrant status that were filed without a fee from June 14, through September 29, 2021, and also mistakenly accepted fees for certain petitioners. USCIS will be providing additional information regarding next steps.
