USCIS Announces Completion of FY2026 H-1B Initial Registration Selection Process

USCIS announced that it has received enough electronic registrations for unique beneficiaries during the initial registration period to reach the FY2026 H-1B numerical allocations, including the advanced degree exemption. USCIS randomly selected from the registrations to reach the cap and have notified all selected registrations.
