USCIS Announces Completion of FY27 H-1B Initial Registration Selection Process

USCIS announced it received enough registrations during the initial registration period to reach the FY27 H-1B cap, including the master’s cap. USCIS has made its selections and notified prospective petitioners with selected beneficiaries that they are eligible to file. Filing for H-1B cap-subject petitions begins 4/1/26.
