USCIS Announces Filing Location Change for Form I-829

USCIS announced that the filing location for Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status has changed. Petitioners must send Form I-829 to a USCIS Lockbox facility. However, the Immigrant Investor Program Office continues to be the adjudicating office.
