USCIS Announces Form N-565 Processing Has Been Transferred from NSC to Phoenix Lockbox

USCIS announced that the Phoenix Lockbox now accepts Form N-565, Application for Replacement of Naturalization/Citizenship Document. As of 4/18/18, the Nebraska Service Center no longer accepts Form N-565. With this transfer, applicants may now pay the filing fee by credit card using Form G-1450.
