USCIS Outlines H-1B Registration Account Creation Process

USCIS announced that prospective petitioners seeking to file FY2021 H-1B cap-subject petitions and submitting their own registrations will use a new “registrant” account that will be available beginning 2/24. Representatives can use the type of representative account that is already available.
