USCIS Announces Litigation-Related Update for Sileiri Doe Class Members
USCIS announced compliance with the 9/28/26 district court order in Sileiri Doe v. DHS. Class members are individuals who were paroled into the U.S. after scheduling and attending a CBP One appointment and whose parole was terminated by mass email in April 2025. Class members may request that USCIS reopen or reconsider certain adverse decisions or actions on an immigration benefit request without paying a filing fee, if they believe the decision or action was due to the termination. This excludes EAD requests based on parole. USCIS must have issued the original decision or action 4/1/25–4/21/26.
