USCIS Announces New "Green Card" Filing Procedure

USCIS announces that starting 5/31/05, individuals must mail applications to renew or replace Permanent Resident Cards directly to the Los Angeles Lockbox. Form I-90 must be accompanied by a $185 application fee and a $70 biometrics fee, and mailed to one of two Los Angeles area addresses.
