USCIS Will Begin FY2016 H-1B Cap Premium Processing on April 27, 2015

USCIS notice that it will begin premium processing for cap-subject H-1B petitions on 4/27/15. As such, for cap-subject H-1Bs, including advanced degree exemption petitions, the 15-day processing period will begin on 4/27/15, regardless of the date on the Form I-797 receipt notice.
