Change in Adoption Procedure at U.S. Embassy in Guatemala
An 8/6/07 USCIS Update states that the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala announced a change in the requirements of the biological parent that must be satisfied prior to the issuance of an immigrant visa for the adopted child.
