USCIS Announces Change of Filing Location for Form I-131

USCIS announced a change of filing location for Form I-131, Application for Travel Document. Beginning 3/19/10 applicants will file their applications at the USCIS Vermont Service Center or at one of the USCIS Lockbox facilities.
