USCIS Changes Filing Location for Concurrently Filed Form I-907 with Form I-140

USCIS announced that beginning 11/13/23, Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, when filed with Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers, will be filed at the USCIS lockbox. Starting 12/13/23, USCIS will reject any Form I-907 filed with Form I-140 received at the previous address.

Practice Alert:

  • Beginning November 13, 2023, Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, when filed with Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers, will be filed at the USCIS lockbox.
  • Starting December 13, 2023, USCIS will reject any Form I-907 filed with Form I-140 received at the previous address.
  • Don’t file at the USCIS lockbox prior to November 13, 2023.
  • Always check USCIS.gov for filing locations.
