USCIS Changes Filing Location for Form I-907 for Pending Form I-140

USCIS announced that it will begin transitioning the filing location for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, when filed for a currently pending Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers, from the service centers to appropriate USCIS lockboxes on 12/15/23. Starting on or after 1/14/24, USCIS will reject any Form I-907 filed for a pending Form I-140 that is received at the previous service center address. The change in filing location does not apply if you are filing the Form I-140 concurrently with an associated application (such as a Form I-485, I-765, or I-131).
