USCIS Announces Changes to I-539 Student Reinstatement Processing

USCIS public notice announcing that as of 10/30/06, local USCIS offices will forward new I-539 petitions filed for F-1 and M-1 student reinstatement, to the California Service Center or the Vermont Service Center, depending on where the student is engaged in study.
