USCIS Announces CNMI Transitional Worker Final Rule

USCIS news release announcing a final rule published in the 9/7/11 Federal Register that establishes and implements a CNMI-only transitional worker classification, or CW classification, which allows employers in the CNMI to hire workers who are otherwise ineligible to work.
