USCIS Announces Further Delay in Implementation of FAR E-Verify Rule
A 6/3/09 USCIS update announced further delay in implementation of the FAR E-Verify rule. An amendment postponing the applicability of the final rule is scheduled for publication in the Federal Register on 6/5/09.
