USCIS and DOJ Office of Special Counsel MOA on Employment Discrimination and E-Verify
On 03/17/10, USCIS and the Department of Justice’s Office of Special Counsel signed a Memorandum of Agreement governing information and case referrals between the agencies relating to E-Verify-related discrimination allegations and misuse of E-Verify.
