USCIS Update on Employment Authorization for Dependents of Foreign Officials

USCIS update on the DHS final rule expanding the list of dependent family members of A and G foreign officials who are eligible for employment authorization. USCIS will only issue employment authorization documents to dependents recognized by DOS as qualifying.
