USCIS Update: Expiration Date of Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 Extended to August 31, 2012

On 8/27/09 USCIS announced that OMB has extended its approval of the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form to 8/31/2012. An amended version of the form is available. Employers may use either the current form or the new one with a revision date of 8/7/09.
