USCIS Press Release on Filing Fees for H-1B1 Free Trade Petitions

USCIS announces that, after 7/20/05, it will reject all cases filed for H-1B1 Free Trade nonimmigrants from Chile and Singapore without the proper filing fees as required by the H-1B Visa Reform Act of 2004.
