USCIS Announces Final Rule Adjusting Immigration Benefit Application and Petition Fees

USCIS increased fees by a weighted average of 21 percent required for most immigration applications and petitions effective 12/23/16. Fees will increase for the first time in six years. USCIS received 436 comments during the comment period. USCIS published a comparison chart with old and new fees.
