USCIS Finalizes Guidance on Signature Requirement

USCIS announced that it issued final policy guidance stating that petitioners and applicants who seek immigration benefits must provide a valid signature on submitted forms and that power of attorney signatures will no longer be accepted. This new policy is effective as of 3/18/18.
