USCIS Guidance on Biometric Services Appointment Notices for Electronically Filed Forms I-539

USCIS released guidance stating that it does not mail paper biometric services appointment notices for electronically filed Forms I-539. Biometric services appointment notices will appear in the USCIS online account under “Documents.” A printed copy of the notice is required at the appointment.
