USCIS Guidance Regarding CW-1 Extension

USCIS guidance due to the extension of the CNMI Transitional Worker (CW-1) program through 12/31/19. If an unadjudicated petition is otherwise eligible, USCIS will resume approving CW-1 status in periods of up to one year. There is no change to application process or fees.
