USCIS Update: H-2B Cap Reached For First Half of FY2015

USCIS notice that it has received a sufficient number of petitions to reach the congressionally mandated limit for H-2Bs for the first half of FY2015. USCIS will reject new cap-subject H-2Bs received after 1/26/15 that request a start date prior to 4/1/15.
