USCIS Idea Community: Secure Messaging Campaign

In September 2016, USCIS launched a secure messaging tool for customers with a USCIS online account that allows them to send messaging to USCIS about their case and receive replies. More than 10,000 messages have been sent, and USCIS would like feedback on how its working.
