USCIS Announces Implementation of Direct E-Mail Communication with EB-5 Regional Center Applicants

USCIS bulletin announcing that as of 9/13/11, Form I-924 applicants can communicate with adjudicators directly via e-mail. USCIS will continue monitor the implementation of this first phase of enhancements to the EB-5 program and make necessary changes on a real-time basis.
