USCIS Memo on Initial Relief Efforts for Aliens Affected by the 1/12/10 Haiti Earthquake

Memorandum that provides interim guidance for the various forms of relief that USCIS has committed to undertake as a result of the 1/12/10 Haiti earthquake. This guidance will apply to nationals and habitual residents of Haiti some of whom may fall outside the scope of a TPS designation.
