USCIS Introduces Interactive Voice Response Telephone System for Calls to the USCIS Contact Center

USCIS announced that it is introducing a new interactive voice response (IVR) telephone system for English and Spanish calls to the USCIS Contact Center. USCIS will implement the new system in phases. The Contact Center’s toll-free numbers and hours for live assistance stay the same.
