USCIS Issues EB-5 Regional Center Program Reform Guidance

USCIS issued a policy alert, stating that it updated its policy guidance contained in Volume 6 of the Policy Manual to reorganize and update Part G, Investors, to incorporate statutory reforms related to regional center designation and responsibilities. USCIS indicated that it anticipates making future updates to this guidance to provide additional clarifications, as needed. The guidance contained in the Policy Manual is controlling and supersedes any related prior guidance. Guidance is in effect as of 10/26/23, and comments are due by 11/24/23.
