USCIS Issues Guidance Clarifying Expedite Requests

USCIS clarified how it considers expedite requests related to government interests and requests related to emergencies and urgent humanitarian situations, including how to make expedite requests and how USCIS processes these requests. Guidance effective 3/21/24, and comments due 4/22/24.
