USCIS Issues Guidance on Supporting Evidence for International Entrepreneur Parole

USCIS issued policy guidance regarding the types of evidence that may support an application for a discretionary grant of international entrepreneur parole by incorporating additional examples of evidence that may support an application. Guidance is effective immediately and applies to requests pending or filed on or after the publication date.
