USCIS Letter to Senator Grassley on H-1B Fraud Prevention and Detection

On 11/10/09, USCIS Director Mayorkas responded to Senator Grassley on USCIS efforts to prevent fraud in the H-1B program. In 2010, USCIS plans to implement the Verification Initiative for Business Enterprises (VIBE) to verify information submitted by petitioners.
