USCIS policy memo instructing employees to apply the Shalom Pentecostal decision nationwide and to no longer deny Form I-360s based on the lawful status requirements at 8 CFR 204.5(m)(4) and (11). Memo applies to currently pending Form I-360s and to new Form I-360s filed on/after 7/5/15.
