USCIS Message: EB-5 Regional Centers Must File Form I-924A by December 29

USCIS reminder that EB-5 regional centers with a designation letter dated on or before 9/30/16, must file Form I-924A, Supplement to Form I-924, for FY2016 no later than 12/29/16. USCIS notes that the new fee schedule is effective 12/23/16 and establishes a filing fee for Form I-924A.
