USCIS Message: Expiring EB-4 and EB-5 Programs Extended Through December 9

USCIS message stating that it is updating the information related to the EB-5 Regional Center Program and the EB-4 Non-Minister Special Immigrant Program on its Adjustment of Status Filing Charts for the October 2016 Visa Bulletin after President Obama signed into law H.R. 5325 on 9/29/16.
