USCIS Message: FY2017 Cap Set for CNMI-Only Transitional Workers
USCIS message that in response to statutory requirements, DHS will allow up to 12,998 nonimmigrants in FY2017 for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI)-Only Transitional Worker (CW-1) program.
