USCIS Message: Reminder for H-4 Applicants When Traveling Abroad

USCIS reminder to individuals applying for a change of status to H-4 that if they travel abroad before USCIS approves the Form I-539, Change of Status (COS) application, USCIS will consider the application to be abandoned.
