USCIS Reminds Nonimmigrant Visa Holders of "Program Flexibilities"

A 9/24/08 USCIS update states that given unexpected events in a person's home country, the agency would like to remind nonimmigrant visa holders of "program flexibilities," including extensions of status for B-1s and B-2s, and employment authorization for F-1s and M-1s.
