USCIS Policy Alert on Form I-693 Validity Period

USCIS policy alert that starting 6/1/14, USCIS will limit the validity period for all Forms I-693 to one year from the time of submission to USCIS and provides guidance on either submitting the Form I-693 concurrently or subsequent to the adjudication of the benefit application.
