USCIS policy memorandum providing guidance to USCIS officers in adjudicating Form I-360, filed by a self-petitioning adopted child, when the adopted child has been battered or abused. This memo revises Chapter 21.14 of the AFM and AFM update AD 13-15 and rescinds PM-602-0089.
