USCIS Policy Memo Reaffirms Guidance on Public Charge Inadmissibility Determinations

USCIS released a policy memorandum (PM-602-0190) reminding USCIS officers that they must strictly adhere to the statutes, regulations, and USCIS policy when making inadmissibility determinations, including under the public charge ground.
