USCIS Posts Notice of New G-28; Old G-28 Invalid as of October 30, 2009

On 10/02/09, USCIS posted a press release on its website announcing that a Revised Entry of Appearance as an Attorney, G-28 Form has been issued. USCIS will accept old versions of the G-28 until October 30, 2009, after which point, old versions will be considered invalid.
