USCIS Processing Time Goals (4/2/09)

USCIS updated its processing time goals. This document chart separates data into processing time before the July 2007 fee rule, after the fee rule, the average processing time, and USCIS's prediction of what its caseload of active applications or petitions will be as of the end of September 2009.
