USCIS Provides Guidance on Processing Issues for Adjustment Applications

In response to a letter from the Chair of AILA's USCIS Headquarters (Benefits Policy) Committee, USCIS Director Ur Jaddou provides guidance on several issues related to the processing of adjustment of status applications for dependents, use of Supplement J to transfer the underlying basis of the application, transfer of application files from Field offices and other issues.
