USCIS Provides Information on Certain TPS Recipients with Removal Orders Seeking Adjustment of Status

USCIS provided information on certain Temporary Protected Status (TPS) recipients with orders of removal seeking adjustment of status with USCIS, noting among other things that they may, under certain circumstances, ask the ICE Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) to consider joining in a joint motion to reopen proceedings to terminate the removal order.
