USCIS Provides Information on Completing Form I-9 for Employees with Expired Green Cards

USCIS announced that since it’s replacing the currently issued sticker that extends the validity of expired green cards with a revised Form I-797, Notice of Action, employees may present their expired green card with the notice as an acceptable List A document for Form I-9 purposes.
